The problem we started with
If you sell online in India, you already know the feeling. You list a product at ₹499. The order comes in, you feel good, you pack it, you ship it. Then the payout lands and it is ₹212. Somewhere between the sale and your bank account, a commission went out, a shipping charge went out, a payment gateway fee went out, GST got adjusted, and one customer returned an item you had already paid to deliver. Nobody hid any of this from you — it was all in the fee page — but it was spread across four tables, two PDFs and a help article written for someone who enjoys reading help articles.
Freelancers know the same feeling in a different currency. A client approves a $500 project and you mentally convert it to ₹42,000. Then the platform takes its service fee, the payout provider takes a withdrawal charge, the bank quietly gives you a conversion rate that is a little worse than the one Google showed you, and the number in your account starts with a 3.
Creators get it too. A Shorts video does 8 lakh views and everyone in the comments assumes you are rich now. RPM says otherwise. A brand offers ₹4,000 for a reel and you genuinely do not know whether that is generous, fair or insulting, because nobody publishes rate cards and asking other creators feels awkward.
VictoryCore exists for that gap — the gap between the number you were promised and the number you keep. Our job is to make that second number visible before you commit, not after.
What we actually do
We build small, single-purpose calculators. Each one does one job, takes under a minute, and needs no account. You open it, type your numbers, get a straight answer in rupees, and close the tab. That is the whole product.

How we build each calculator
A calculator is only as good as the assumptions hiding inside it, so here is exactly how ours are made.
1. We read the official fee documentation first
Before any formula is written, we go through the platform's own published fee structure — commission slabs, shipping rate cards, payout terms, conversion policies. We work from the source, not from a summary someone posted on a forum in 2021.
2. We test with real-world numbers
Then we run the calculator against actual scenarios: a ₹299 kurti shipped to a far zone with a 25% return rate, a $300 Upwork contract withdrawn to an Indian bank, a 12-lakh-view month on Shorts. If the output does not match what a real seller or freelancer would see on their statement, the formula goes back to the table.
3. We show the breakdown, not just the answer
Every tool shows its working. You see which fee took how much, so you can sanity-check the result against your own dashboard — and so you can argue with us if something looks wrong. A black box that spits out one number is easy to build and impossible to trust.
4. We use plain language
No jargon where a normal word will do. Our labels are written for someone running a business from a phone between packing orders, not for a finance graduate.
5. We update when platforms change
Fee structures change. Commission slabs get revised, shipping rates move, platforms introduce new charges. When that happens we update the tool and note it on the page. If you spot a rate that has gone stale before we do, please tell us — readers catch these things faster than we do.
What we promise you
- Free, always. No trial, no premium tier, no "unlock full result" button.
- No sign-up. We do not ask for your email, phone number or login to use any tool.
- Your numbers stay on your device. Every calculator runs in your browser. The figures you type are never sent to us, never stored, never logged. Refresh the page and they are gone. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
- No dark patterns. No fake countdowns, no pop-ups begging you to stay, no newsletter wall in front of the answer.
- Honest estimates. Where a result depends on an assumption, we tell you the assumption instead of pretending the number is exact.
What we are not
Being clear about our limits matters as much as listing our features.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meesho, Upwork, Fiverr, Instagram, YouTube, Meta or any other platform we build tools for. We use their names only to describe what each calculator does. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We are not financial, tax or legal advisors. Our tools produce estimates for planning. They are a starting point for a decision, not a substitute for your own accounting or for advice from a qualified CA, especially on anything involving GST, TDS or income tax filing. Please read our Disclaimer and Terms before relying on any output.
We also do not promise earnings. An estimator that says a reel could be worth ₹6,000 is describing a market range, not guaranteeing that a brand will pay it.

VictoryCore is run by Ritesh Deshmukh, who has spent the last twelve years working inside exactly the businesses these calculators are built for.

I started in 2014 doing something very unglamorous: managing product listings and pricing for a small apparel business that sold on Indian marketplaces. That job taught me the lesson this entire site is built on — that the number on the listing page and the number in the bank account are two completely different things, and the gap between them is where small businesses quietly die.
Over the twelve years since, I have worked across all three sides of India's online earning economy. I have handled catalogue and pricing for marketplace sellers, reconciling settlement reports line by line to work out why a category that looked profitable on paper was bleeding money on RTO. I have freelanced for overseas clients and watched a dollar invoice shrink through platform fees, withdrawal charges and conversion spreads before it reached an Indian bank. And I have sat on both sides of brand deals — quoting rates as a creator, and advising small brands on what a sponsored post is actually worth to them.
None of that makes me a chartered accountant, and I am careful not to pretend otherwise. What it does mean is that I have made most of these pricing mistakes personally, usually with my own money, and I have read enough fee documentation to know where the confusing parts are buried.
Every calculator on this site began as a spreadsheet I built for my own use or for someone who asked me the same question for the third time. Publishing them was simply cheaper than answering the question again.
How to reach me
Everything sent to support@victorycore.in reaches me directly. There is no support team behind that address, no ticketing system and no chatbot. That means replies are slower than a large company's, and I would rather be upfront about that than pretend otherwise. It also means that when you point out an error, the person who can fix it is the person reading your email.
Editorial independence
I write and review every calculator and guide on this site. Nobody pays for placement here. No brand, marketplace or platform has ever reviewed our content before publication, and we do not accept sponsored posts, paid links or affiliate arrangements that would give us a reason to recommend one platform over another. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed clearly on the page in question, not buried in a policy document.
How we keep the site free
Running a website costs money, and we do not charge you or sell your data. So the site is supported by advertising — third-party ads, including Google AdSense, displayed around the content. That is the entire business model.
Two things we will not do with it: we will not let an advertiser influence what a calculator outputs, and we will not place ads where they interfere with reading your result. If an ad on this site ever blocks a button or breaks a layout on your phone, please report it and we will fix the placement. Our Privacy Policy explains what cookies these ad and analytics partners use and how you can opt out of personalised advertising.
What we are working on next
The roadmap is shaped almost entirely by what people ask for. Requests that keep coming in right now include a GST-inclusive pricing calculator for small sellers, an Amazon and Flipkart seller fee tool, a courier return-loss estimator, and a simple invoice value calculator for freelancers billing international clients. No promised dates — we would rather ship one tool that is correct than four that are close enough.
Frequently asked questions
Are the calculators accurate?
They are as accurate as the published fee structures allow. Platforms sometimes apply account-specific rates, promotional commission slabs or category exceptions that no public tool can know about. Treat our output as a close estimate and your own settlement statement as the final word.
Do you store the numbers I enter?
No. The maths happens inside your browser. Nothing you type is transmitted to us or saved anywhere on our servers.
Do I need to create an account?
Never. There is no account system on this site at all.
Can I use VictoryCore on my phone?
Yes. Every tool is built mobile-first, because most of our visitors are working from a phone. There is also a dark mode toggle in the header for late-night calculations.
I found a mistake in a calculation. What should I do?
Please email us with the tool name and the exact numbers you entered. Corrections from users are the fastest way this site improves, and we take them seriously.
Can I suggest a new calculator?
Absolutely — that is where most of our ideas come from. Tell us the decision you are stuck on and we will look at whether a tool can answer it.
