VictoryCore is a small independent project, and honestly, most of what is good about it came from people writing in. Someone tells us a shipping slab has changed, someone points out that a label is confusing on a small screen, someone asks for a calculator that does not exist yet — and the site gets a little better. So if you have something to say, please say it.
What you can write to us about
A calculation looks wrong
This is the message we most want to receive. If a number does not match what your platform dashboard or settlement statement shows, tell us — even if you are not sure whose maths is off. Being corrected in public is far less embarrassing than letting a wrong number sit on the site for six months.
A fee or rate has changed
Platforms revise commission slabs, shipping rates and withdrawal charges without much announcement. Sellers and freelancers usually notice before we do. If you have seen a rate change, send us what you are now being charged and where you saw it, and we will verify and update the tool.
You want a calculator that does not exist yet
Tell us the decision you are stuck on rather than the tool you imagine. "I can never work out whether a ₹350 product is worth listing after GST" is far more useful to us than "make a GST tool", because the first one tells us what the answer needs to look like.
Something is broken on your device
A button that does not tap on mobile, a layout that overflows, an ad that covers the result, dark mode doing something strange. Send us your phone or browser and a screenshot if you can — these are usually quick fixes once we can see them.
Privacy and data questions
Any question about cookies, advertising, analytics or what we do and do not store is welcome. Short version: your calculator inputs never leave your browser. The long version is in our Privacy Policy, and if anything there is unclear, ask and we will explain it in plain words.
Business, advertising and content
Partnership enquiries, advertising questions, licensing a tool for your own site, or reporting a copyright concern — all to the same address. Please put the topic in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly.

How to get a faster, more useful reply
We are a small team, so a message that already contains the details saves a round trip of questions. If you are reporting a calculation problem, the most helpful email includes:
- The tool name — or just paste the page link.
- The exact values you entered — selling price, cost, zone, return rate, views, ad spend, whatever applies.
- The result we showed you and the result you expected.
- Where your expected number came from — a settlement report, a payout email, a platform dashboard.
- Your device and browser, if the issue looks visual rather than mathematical.
With that, we can usually reproduce the issue on the first try and reply with either a fix or an explanation of why the difference exists.
A few honest notes
We cannot help with your platform account. We have no connection to Meesho, Upwork, Fiverr, Instagram, YouTube or Meta, so we cannot release a held payout, restore a suspended account, recover a password or escalate a support ticket. For those, please contact the platform directly. We are just a calculator site.
We do not give personalised financial or tax advice. We are happy to explain how one of our formulas works, but questions about your GST filing, TDS or income tax return need a qualified chartered accountant. See our Disclaimer.
We do not accept paid guest posts or link insertions. Please do not send those pitches — we decline all of them, and doing so would compromise the one thing this site actually sells, which is trust in the numbers.
Nothing you send is added to a mailing list. We use your email address to reply to you and nothing else. There is no newsletter here.
Response times
Most emails get a reply within one to three working days. Reports of a wrong calculation jump the queue, because a broken number costs someone real money. Longer requests — a new tool, a detailed feature idea — may take a little longer to answer properly, but they do get read, and they go on the list.
