Where a ₹500 Meesho order actually goes

Kurti sourced at ₹220, Regional shipping, 15% return rate.

  • You keep ₹169
  • Product cost ₹220
  • Fees & shipping ₹95
  • GST on fees ₹16
Run your own numbers in the Meesho profit calculator — the split changes fast when the zone or return rate does.

Why VictoryCore exists

You list a product at ₹499. The order comes in, you pack it, you ship it — and the payout lands at ₹212. Nothing was hidden from you. The commission, the shipping charge, the GST on fees and the one order that came back as a return were all documented somewhere. They were just spread across four tables, two PDFs and a help article nobody has time to read at 11pm.

Freelancers know the same feeling in dollars. A $500 project mentally converts to ₹42,000, then the service fee, withdrawal charge and a slightly unkind conversion rate deliver something starting with a 3. Creators know it in views — 8 lakh views on a Short sounds like a lot until RPM has its say.

Every calculator here answers one question: after everyone takes their cut, how much is actually left for you? We want you to see that number before you commit to a price, accept a project or say yes to a brand deal — not after.

Who these tools are for

🛍

Online sellers

Meesho, and soon other marketplaces. If you price products and absorb returns, you need to know your real per-order margin before you list, not after a hundred parcels have gone out.

💻

Freelancers

Working with Upwork, Fiverr or direct international clients. Convert a quoted rate into actual bank-account rupees, and an hourly rate into an honest monthly income that accounts for slow months.

🎬

Creators

On Instagram and YouTube. Quote a brand a price you can defend with engagement numbers, and estimate Shorts revenue from RPM instead of from someone else's flex video.

📈

Anyone spending on ads

Ads Manager shows you ROAS. It does not know your product cost. Our ROAS tool tells you the break-even point you actually need to hit before a campaign is making money.

How to use them

1. Pick your situation

Each calculator handles one decision. Choose the one that matches what you are stuck on right now.

2. Enter your real numbers

Every field is pre-filled with a sensible example so you can see how it works, then replace them with your own figures.

3. Read the breakdown

You get the headline number plus every deduction that produced it, so you can check the result against your own statement.

4. Change one input

The most useful part. Raise the return rate, drop the price, switch the shipping zone — watch which lever actually moves your profit.

What you can count on

Nothing is stored

Every calculation runs inside your browser. The numbers you type are never sent to us, logged or saved anywhere. Refresh the page and they are gone.

No sign-up, ever

No account, no email wall, no "unlock full result" button. There is no login system on this site at all.

We show our working

Each tool displays the full fee breakdown, not just a final figure, so you can verify it rather than trust it blindly.

Updated when fees change

Platforms revise their rate cards quietly. When we spot a change — or a reader reports one — the tool gets updated.

More on how we research every fee structure is on our About page.

Common questions

Are these calculators really free?

Yes, all six, with no limits and no premium version. The site is supported by advertising, which is why we can keep every tool open to everyone.

Do you save the numbers I type in?

No. The maths happens in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing you enter is transmitted to our servers, because there is nothing on our side to transmit it to.

How accurate are the results?

They are close estimates based on published fee structures. Platforms sometimes apply account-specific rates, promotional slabs or category exceptions that no public calculator can know about, so treat your own settlement statement as the final word.

Are you connected to Meesho, Upwork or YouTube?

No. We are entirely independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any platform. We use their names only to describe what each calculator does.

Can I use this on my phone?

Yes — every tool is built mobile-first, since that is how most of our visitors work. There is a dark mode toggle in the header too.

I need a calculator that is not here. Can you build it?

Quite possibly. Most of our tools started as a request from someone who was stuck on a specific decision. Tell us what you need.
